B. Clients are also expected to treat all communications and design concepts as confidential.
A. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
B. Upon termination, outstanding fees for completed work are due.
A. The Grafix Studio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
B. In no event shall The Grafix Studio’'s liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific design service.
